Ah yes, there is a long history to motor industry sponsored victim blaming to put across a “safety message”…
That is why the motor industry invented the concept of share the roads, to that they could blame the victim for being the way…
Obviously a conspiracy between the car manufacturers and oil companies to promote less sustainable transport!
