Glitter ball helmet: I want

We’re back! As you may have noticed, the site has been down for the last week or so, which is tragic as it’s been a fairly busy time for cycling news and I’ve had heaps of stories I wanted to post about.

I will hopefully get to some of them over the next week or two. But, for now, I just wanted to share this post from Grist with you.

It’s about a disco ball helmet. Aside from the fact that it’s made out of glass and thus would explode into a thousand shards if you were actually in an accident, isn’t it just the coolest thing ever?

If I had the time I would make one and wear it to my wedding. If you have the time, you can learn how to on Instructables.

Incidentally, if you have a helmet that you think is cooler (paint job, feathers etc) then feel free to email a picture to me and I’ll post it on here.
