Yes, this is Cycling in Auckland

You’ve probably realised by now that we look a bit different than normal.

We have been drawing an amazing amount of ‘hits’ (thanks to you all) and we thought it was about time we took CIA to the next level and to cater for a few different audiences that seem to be watching us now.

The ‘highly skilled and amazingly professional’ CIA team have got together on this wet Christmas holiday Friday to spruce up the site for the new year. Antoine has created a fab new logo, Su Yin has wrestled the code into the correct formation, I have worked on the new navigation and content, and the web building ‘fuel’ has been provided by my very helpful family.

You will notice that a few of the pages still say ‘coming soon’ because the new content is not quite dry yet … but watch this space!

Happy New Year everyone!

    • good work guys, the old animated masthead used to cause a few problems on my aging system, so this simpler, cleaner approach is warmly welcome!

    • Overall a huge improvement.

Just one small little niggle from one who has spent the last 30 years in IT & many years in UI or “User Experience” as it’s now known.

Your Next & Previous buttons are wrong, right hand side always means next, (like reading a book), left hand side is always previous.

Other than that, well done, the old animations also caused issues on my PC.

    • @Stevec – you just need to go to the blog page which is under ‘Local’ to see the full blog. This will be easier to get to once we finish the build but we needed to do the switch over while we were all together on ‘website building day’. Watch this space.
