@Antoinie I reckon you could teach the Auckland Council a thing or 2 about how to sell cycling. Handing out fluro pack covers to cyclists at the Bikers' Breakfast just doesn't cut it really.
They certainly don't seem to be able or keen to reach the non cycling population.
