I have just seen my first bicycle advert that uses the types of marketing techniques that are used by the car industry. It’s all about mountain bikes but this is definitely the correct way to do it for all types of bikes – hell, even I wanted to be one of those bike riders … and anyone who knows me will realise how persuasive a mountain bike advert would have to be to make that happen!!
Just imagine if we had these sort of aspirational adverts for ‘everyday’ bicycle riding …
