Royal Albany Mountainbike Trails – The Movie

John, a Cycling in Auckland reader put me onto this video after commenting on my review. I’ve updated the original post and also put it up here for the dirt-worshippers amongst us.

The footage starts just over the fence from the access road on the Eastern corner and yes, it’s official, I rode the whole thing backwards!

    • I haven't ridden all of it but the sections I did were easy-rolling stuff. Most of the trail is up on a ridge, almost a plateau, but the terrain falls away towards the West and very steeply on the Southern side.
